Planning a whole Disney World vacation can be very difficult – so we’re here to make it easier! We do our best to answer lots of your park questions, and here is a common one. With so many locations on Disney World property, the most common question we receive is what is the Disney World Address?
What is the Disney World Address?
To help you out, the following article contains a list of all the addresses for important locations across the Walt Disney World resort, saving you the stress of trying to figure out where to drive and park.
If you’re using any sort of phone GPS or map directions, you can simply plug in these addresses to get you where you need to go!
Disney World technically resides in Lake Buena Vista, Florida, but many addresses will include Orlando as the city. Don’t stress about it if it doesn’t seem like it is the exact accurate information.
Follow the Directions and Signs
As long as you follow the directions to the actual Walt Disney World hotel or park you are going to, there is plenty of signage to ensure you don’t make a wrong turn! It is worthwhile to mention, however, that Disney’s signage isn’t always the fastest or only way to get from place to place – so don’t stress if your GPS address navigation is slightly different from the signs on most roads.
Once you get close to the destination, however, following the directions of signage will confirm you’re arriving where you need to be.
The Walt Disney World Resort is about the same size and square miles as the city of San Francisco, but it’s much more spread out. The two main roads, World Drive and Epcot Center Drive, take you pretty much everywhere you need to be.
Keep in mind that Disney has its own complimentary transportation services for all guests and (at a minimum) has busses which will connect all on-property locations.
Major Theme Parks:
Walt Disney World Theme Parks
wdt_ID | Theme Park | Theme Park Address |
---|---|---|
1 | Disney's Hollywood Studios | 351 S Studio Dr, Lake Buena Vista, FL 32830 |
2 | Disney's EPCOT | 200 Epcot Center Drive, Lake Buena Vista, FL 32821 |
3 | Disney's Magical Kingdom | 1180 Seven Seas Drive, Lake Buena Vista, FL 32830 |
4 | Disney's Animal Kingdom | 2901 Osceola Pkwy, Lake Buena Vista, FL 32830 |
Magic Kingdom Address

Magic Kingdom Park, 1180 Seven Seas Drive, Lake Buena Vista, FL 32830
Magic Kingdom is the trickiest of the four Walt Disney World Parks since its parking lot area, also called the Ticket and Transportation Center (TTC) is an entire mile away from the park itself. To get from the parking lot to the Magic Kingdom, you’ll have to hop aboard the monorail or a ferry boat on Bay Lake. Though it takes a bit of extra time, it’s part of the classic Disney World experience!
GPS navigation sometimes gets confused about the parking lot vs trying to take you closest to the park itself – once you are on Disney property, simply follow the big signs to the park.
Ticket and Transportation Center Address
Guest Drop Off: Magic Kingdom Park, 1180 Seven Seas Drive, Lake Buena Vista, FL 32830
If you want to drop off someone at the park, the spot is a bit different from the parking lot. Instead of driving through the gates to parking, you will keep to the left, go over a short bridge, then follow the signs to guest drop-off (also the direction to Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort).
If you miss it, you can always pull over at the Polynesian entrance and ask for help. We had to do this one time when we missed our turn, and the Disney cast member security guard even gave us a map!
EPCOT Address

200 Epcot Center Drive, Lake Buena Vista, FL 32821
Both the parking lot and guest drop-off/pickup are at the same location for EPCOT, so it is mostly straightforward – just ask a Cast Member if you have questions!
Epcot is connected to the Magic Kingdom via monorail and to Hollywood Studios via the Skyliner and boats. If you’re park hopping (with a valid ticket) these can save you some time!
The monorail resorts that take you to Epcot are: Disney’s Contemporary Resort, Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort and Spa and Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort.
I would advise against parking at the Ticket and Transportation Center to go to EPCOT only. If you are going to end the day with Magic Kingdom. It might make sense, if you plan to attend an after hours event at Magic Kingdom like Mickey’s Merry Christmas Party.
Disney’s Hollywood Studios Address
351 S Studio Dr, Lake Buena Vista, FL 32830
Both the parking lot and guest drop-off/pickup are at the same location.
Hollywood Studios is connected to EPCOT via the Skyliner and also the FriendShip Boats if you are a
Disney resort hotel guest staying at that hotel. Go in the morning for Star Wars and Toy Story Land then jump over to EPCOT for a great dinner!
The Skyliner Resorts are:
- Disney’s Art of Animation Resort
- Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort
- Disney’s Pop Century Resort
- Disney’s Riviera Resort
The FriendShip Boat Resorts are:
- Disney’s Boardwalk Inn
- Disney’s Beach Club Resort
- Disney’s Yacht Club Resort
- Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Hotels
If you prefer you can also walk to EPCOT or any of the EPCOT resorts. You will stroll down the sidewalk that follows Echo Lake. It’s about a leisurely 20 minute walk from Hollywood Studios to EPCOT.

Disney’s Animal Kingdom Address
2901 Osceola Pkwy, Lake Buena Vista, FL 32830
Animal Kingdom is only connected to the other resort locations by bus. However, since there is a bit less to do and the park closes early, it can be a good idea to go in the morning for Pandora: The World of Avatar and then head to Magic Kingdom to see the fireworks over Cinderella Castle at night.
Fun fact, Animal Kingdom, is one of the largest animal theme parks in the world set on over 580 acres of land.
Disney Springs Address
1530 E Buena Vista Dr. Orlando, FL 32830
At Disney Springs, there are three parking garages AND regular surface parking. It’s usually easiest to go to the Orange Garage, which is the above address. The entrance to Disney Springs is on level 2! This world-class shopping venue also has a variety of great restaurants at a bit lower price than in the parks.
All Disney hotels offer bus transportation to Disney Springs. You can also go to Disney Springs from any of these Disney hotels via water transportation:
- Disney’s Port Orleans Resort—French Quarter
- Disney’s Port Orleans Resort—Riverside
- Disney’s Old Key West Resort
- Disney’s Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa
ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex Address
700 S Victory Way, Orlando, FL 34747
This large 230 acre sports complex is host to a number of events each year. No I’m not referring just to the cheerleading competitions.)
The complex features:
- 11 Baseball & Softball Diamonds
- 17 Outdoor Multi-Purpose Fields
- 700,000 Sq. Ft. of Playing Space
- Over 15,000 spectator seats

Walt Disney Resort Hotels
Simply search the specific name of your resort in your GPS and you’ll be guided straight to it. Parking is now free again if you are staying on property. You will also get free parking at any of the parks until the end of your stay. It is complimentary with your room reservation.
For those not staying at a Disney World Resort hotel, standard parking fees are $30 per day for cars or motorcycles.
If you’re looking to avoid parking fees, check out the article I wrote, How to Avoid Parking Fees at Disney World to find out the best secrets to save money there.
Benefits of Staying on Property
If you’re staying at any of the listed Walt Disney World resort hotels be sure to note the special Disney benefits you can take advantage of. All of the listed hotels participate in early theme park entry for all four of the Disney parks. This early access perk is for all hotels from Disney’s All-Star Movies Resort, up through Deluxe resorts.
If you are staying at a deluxe resort, there are additional magic them park hours for late night experiences. This is a bonus to get access to the newest attractions like Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind in EPCOT.
