For a more budget-friendly and traditional massage, La Vida Spa at Disney’s Coronado Springs is a must-stop during your trip. If you want to enjoy a massage with a view and a relaxing steam room and sauna at Disney, Zahanati is the best spa at Disney for you.

If you’re staying off site near Bonnet Creek, you have other options such as the Waldorf Astoria Spa Orlando. It’s truly a 5-star experience, that I was able to experience right after our wedding at the Waldorf Astoria Orlando.

My husband and I had a couples massage, which was absolutely one of the most relaxing experiences in my life.

Do I need an appointment for the Disney Spas?

While many of the spas at Disney do not require appointments, you are only guaranteed to get in with one. Scheduling ahead is the best way to secure a spot during your trip.
