The attraction features a ride in clamshell-shaped vehicles called “clamobiles” into immersive scenes and special effects.

The Ride

In this Nemo-themed attraction, you will follow along with your favorite clownfish through a classic-style Disney dark ride to see all of the sea creatures from the story. It is slow and calm and the perfect start to your adventure in Disney’s Seabase. 

Where is The Seas with Nemo and Friends?

The Seas with Nemo and Friends is in the Sea Pavilion in EPCOT. The Sea Pavilion, also known as The Seas with Nemo and Friends Pavilion, is located in the Future World section of EPCOT at Walt Disney World Resort in Florida, USA.

It is situated between the Land Pavilion and the Imagination! Pavilion, near the central hub of the park. Walk just past Spaceship Earth and you will walk right to it. The pavilion features the popular ride “The Seas with Nemo and Friends”, and it also is home to an aquarium with over 4,000 marine animals, interactive exhibits, and educational displays. 

This attraction does participate in Disney’s new Genie+ service, the skip the line feature that replaced FastPass, but it is not necessary. Even on busy days, this attraction maintains low wait times.

One of the benefits of a Disney classic dark ride is that they have no height requirements, and are considered a family-friendly ride. Anyone can enjoy The Seas with Nemo and Friends, even pregnant mothers and infants. 

The Seas with Nemo and Friends attraction at EPCOT is also handicap accessible! The ride vehicles can accommodate wheelchairs and ECVs (Electric Convenience Vehicles), and there is a separate entrance for guests who require a wheelchair or ECV to board the ride.

The queue for the attraction is also wheelchair accessible, and there are ramps and elevators throughout the pavilion to allow guests to navigate the exhibits and displays. Additionally, there are specially trained Cast Members available to assist guests with disabilities and provide any necessary accommodations to ensure they can enjoy the attraction safely and comfortably.
